How to schedule a showing on one of our properties:
 
SELF-SHOWING SYSTEM:
A valid credit/debit card is required.
A nominal fee ($2.00) for the showing access code (to screen for vagrants).
A Showing Code will be texted to your cell phone along with use instructions.
  1. Select: SHOWING ONLY (on the left menu bar).
  2. Pay $2.00 Showing Fee.
  3. Send a text message to:
    210-907-3550 with the following:
  • Your Name (must match card used to pay the fee).
  • Desired Showing Date.
  • Address of the Property you want to tour. 

AGENT ESCORTED SHOWING (free):
 Contact any Texas licensed real estate agent.
 The agent must have an active Texas Real Estate License.

 
Why do we charge a fee to issue a showing code to unescorted visitors?

We invest a good deal of time and money preparing our properties for their next family. Due to the very high number of “low-grade inquiries” we receive daily, in order to assure visitor traffic is limited to only those seriously interested in potentially leasing one of our offerings, we secure a very small fee as a traffic screening method. In our experience, a small fee does not put off a motivated potential tenant.
